We accept only the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please note that no credit card orders can be placed over the phone. We must charge sales tax on orders.
We offer shipping for all continental United States orders, orders ship between 2-5 business days. Expedited delivery is available and requires customer to pay for that faster shipping service. Weight-based rates are available for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. For orders outside the United States and Canada, please contact one of our International Distributors. Please note that Overnight and 2nd-Day orders placed after 2:00pm PST will be considered as being placed on the following business day. Use the shipper’s site to track your package with the tracking number that is emailed to you. If you do not receive notification via email from us with tracking information, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your order is damaged or missing, please contact our Customer Service Department within 72 hours of receiving your order, so that we may understand your situation and discuss replacing your item(s)
